Key Benefits
- Pre-Litigation Matters (Client is charged at the discounted hourly rate up to the following listed maximum amount):
- Pre-Inspection Services: Up to $5,000.00 (Includes services such as reviewing underlying documentation, discussions with relevant individuals, drafting response to OSHA hazard complaints, rapid response letters and/or whistleblower initial complaints, and communicating with OSHA).
- Inspection Services: Up to $10,000.00 (Includes services such as reviewing underlying documentation, communicating with OSHA, preparing and participating in witness interviews and walkaround inspections, reviewing abatement methods and/or policies and procedures for legal sufficiency).
- Informal Conference: Up to $1,800 for non- complex CNPs; or up to $3,600 for complex CNPs (reviewing underlying documentation and the citation(s) issued, discussions with relevant individuals, conduct strategy session, prepare for and attend informal conference with OSHA, and review and prepare any settlement and/or abatement documents arising out of informal conference, and filing notice of contest, if needed).
