      • Discounted hourly rate* (average hourly rate: $550)
      • ODL is retained prior to the issuance of citation(s): 30% reduction (effective average hourly rate: $385.00)
      • ODL is retained after the issuance of citation(s) but prior to filing a Notice of Contest:15% reduction (effective average hourly rate: $467.50)
  • Pre-Litigation Matters (Client is charged at the discounted hourly rate up to the following listed maximum amount):
    • Pre-Inspection Services: Up to $5,000.00 (Includes services such as reviewing underlying documentation, discussions with relevant individuals, drafting response to OSHA hazard complaints, rapid response letters and/or whistleblower initial complaints, and communicating with OSHA).
    • Inspection Services: Up to $10,000.00 (Includes services such as reviewing underlying documentation, communicating with OSHA, preparing and participating in witness interviews and walkaround inspections, reviewing abatement methods and/or policies and procedures for legal sufficiency).
    • Informal Conference: Up to $1,800 for non- complex CNPs; or up to $3,600 for complex CNPs (reviewing underlying documentation and the citation(s) issued, discussions with relevant individuals, conduct strategy session, prepare for and attend informal conference with OSHA, and review and prepare any settlement and/or abatement documents arising out of informal conference, and filing notice of contest, if needed).
  • Priority and discounted registration and access to events, conferences, virtual networking events, and trainings

Subscription Levels

Red Level

$500 / month

Includes up to 90 minutes of consultation with ODL per month. Any outstanding, unused minutes do not roll over from month-to-month.

Additional consultation time over 90 minutes in a month will be billed at ODL’s regular hourly rate.

Orange Level

$375 / month

Includes up to 60 minutes of consultation with ODL per month. Any outstanding, unused minutes do not roll over from month-to-month.

Additional consultation time over 60 minutes in a month will be billed at ODL’s regular hourly rate.

Yellow Level

$250 / month

Includes up to 30 minutes of consultation with ODL per month. Any outstanding, unused minutes do not roll over from month-to-month.

Additional consultation time over 30 minutes in a month will be billed at ODL’s regular hourly rate
